Return & Refund Policy
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Please email us before sending a parcel.
Request window and eligibility
Contact service@benquora.com within 30 days after receiving your order. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for your request. For a change-of-mind return, please keep the item unused, in its original condition, with its supplied packaging and components where reasonably possible. Keep proof of purchase. Mandatory consumer rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain available even where these conditions do not apply.
How to return
- Email your request and wait for return instructions.
- Package the item securely and include enough information to identify the order.
- Send the authorized return to the company address below and keep your shipment receipt. A tracked service is recommended.

Who pays return postage?
For personal reasons, such as changing your mind or selecting an unsuitable style, the buyer pays return shipping. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us first; we will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, including return-cost arrangements where applicable. Do not send a parcel cash-on-delivery without agreement.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Tell us as soon as reasonably possible, with the order number and a description of the issue. If available, photos of the item and packaging help us investigate. We will discuss replacement, repair where appropriate, or refund options according to the circumstances and applicable law. We do not require you to abandon legal rights in exchange for assistance.
Refund timing and method
After the returned item arrives, we aim to inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time before the credit appears. We will explain the result of the inspection and any lawful deduction before finalizing it.
Exchanges, cancellation and delivery charges
For an exchange, email us to discuss availability and the return process; a return and new purchase may be needed. Request cancellation promptly before dispatch. If the order has shipped, use the return process after receipt. Original delivery charges are refundable where required by law or where agreed for a merchant error; for a change-of-mind return, separately paid delivery charges are generally not refunded.
Your legal rights
This policy adds a stated return process and does not restrict rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any additional statutory withdrawal or refund right in your location remains available.
