Where we ship
We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States only. All prices and shipping charges are in USD. Available services and the final delivery charge appear at checkout.

The free shipping threshold is based on merchandise after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Combining items can help you meet the threshold.
Processing and transit are separate
Processing: 5–10 business days before dispatch.
Standard transit: an estimated 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Estimated overall standard timeline: 15–25 business days, combining processing and transit.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Expedited service costs $7.99; please contact us for the available carrier estimate before ordering if timing is essential. We do not promise an expedited arrival date without confirmation.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, dispatch information will be sent to the email supplied with your order. Carrier tracking may take time to show its first scan. Keep your order number when contacting us.
Address changes and cancellation
Check your delivery address before paying. Email us promptly for an address correction or cancellation. We will try to help before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order enters fulfillment or leaves with the carrier. An incorrect address or missed delivery can require additional arrangements; we will explain any actual costs before you agree to them.
Delays, missing parcels and damage
Weather, holidays, customs checks and carrier disruptions can affect estimates. If tracking stalls or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check with your household and carrier, then contact us. We will investigate and explain available remedies. For damage or an incorrect item, retain the packaging and send your order number and helpful photos. Photos support the investigation and do not remove your statutory rights.
Taxes and import charges
Applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout. Any import duties or charges that are not collected at checkout may be assessed by the relevant authority or carrier. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification; we do not guarantee that every shipment is duty-free.
